Nithin Bharathwaj Mandipati is a highly skilled tech head with a passion for developing software, algorithms, and data structures. With a total work experience of 4.5 years in core software development and system design, Nithin has honed his skills in building platforms in cloud-based environments like AWS and Azure. Nithin has worked extensively with languages such as Java, C, C++, and has a working knowledge of Python, including STL and design patterns. He has also worked with operating systems like Ubuntu Linux and Red Hat Enterprise Linux, making him proficient in a wide range of technologies. Currently working at Morff, Nithin is responsible for building a highly scalable and low-cost freelancer management design platform. He is utilizing the power of serverless design to reduce platform management costs and create a complete event-driven design. Nithin is passionate about sharing his experiences and insights, and he often shares his thoughts and ideas on social media using the hashtag #morffstories. Prior to joining Morff, Nithin worked at Atlassian as a software engineer, where he led migration efforts to new systems and built a migration framework responsible for migrating close to 10 million accounts in phases. He also worked on legacy commerce systems, improving and maintaining existing systems. Before Atlassian, Nithin worked as a computer scientist at Adobe, where he worked on highly scalable and available services. Nithin holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Nithin's technical skills include AWS, Java, Azure, C, MongoDB, Spring, Docker, MySQL, Spring Boot, ETL, and infra. With a relevant experience of 8.78 years, Nithin is an expert in his field and continues to explore new technologies and innovations.
